Suzanne Is a Canada Reads Contender!
We here at Coach House are thrilled that, after its second year on the Canada Reads Longlist, Suzanne by Anaïs Barbeau-Lavalette and translated by Rhonda Mullins, has stepped into the ring of top contenders for Canada Reads 2019!
And who better to have in our corner than the funny and charming Yanic Truesdale of Gilmore Girls fame?
The theme this year is "One Book to Move You." Congratulations to the other contenders! You can read more about them here. It's a pleasure to be included on such a diverse list – among a few other small presses, too. We may be small but we do punch above our weight.
